The exhibition is conducted for promotion of innovative technologies in the field of production of domestic ice-cream and frozen foods, to improve quality and expand the range of products; presents novelties in ice-cream production, novelties of equipment, packing and components, it facilities in establishing business contacts with enterprises engaged in production and sale of ice-cream, frozen semi-finished foods, manufacturers of trade equipment and household refrigerating and freezing equipment.
The Forum is participated by the executives of the federal and regional authorities, the industry international and national organizations, heads and experts of the industry enterprises, R&D institutions and educational establishments.
Every year at the same time with Frozen Foods Industry exhibition the following events are held on the same site: Dairy Industry Forum, Meat Industry Forum, and Refrigerating Industry Forum that are traditionally participated by the leaders of the said industries.
