Meat Industry Forum is the only specialized event in Russia to represent a complete cycle of commercial processing of meat - from receipt of meat to manufacture of finished product, which is ready for sale, including process equipment, technologies, certification, transportation, packing, and storage. Traditionally the participants of the Forum are: Comat, Shaller-Moscow, Finnpack Systems, Pishmashservice, Tambov plant Komsomolets, Techmashservice, GEA, Prolite, Eco-Kom, etc.
International Forum Meat Industry most fully displays innovations and achievements in the industry. Among the invited persons are cattle husbandry and agricultural farms, wholesale companies, and finished goods sector. The business program of the Forum includes the following events: International meat summit with participation of the Russian and foreign professionals in the field of meat industry; panel discussion among the meat industry leaders; scientific and practice-oriented conferences, round tables and workshops on the themes related to husbandry technology, development of the market of mixed fodders, aspects of herd maintenance, fodder manufacturing technologies, problems related to attraction of investments; professional contests; technical excursions to husbandry enterprises, master-classes for last year students of specialized institutes and universities of Russia.
Within the framework of Meat Industry Forum under supervision of Rosptitsoyuz there will be organized POULTRY INDUSTRY exposition and a special program, which includes presentation of special innovative solutions of companies, individual consultations, business meetings, participation in panel discussion.
The Forum is participated by the heads of the federal and regional authorities, specialized international and national organizations, executives and professionals of meat industry enterprises, R&D and educational institutions.
Every year at the same time with Meat Industry Forum and on the same site the following events are held: Dairy Industry, international Exhibitions Refrigerating Equipment and Frozen foods industry, which are traditionally participated by the industry leaders.
